Project Manager (x2) e-Commerce - Retail Divisional Office

Al-Futtaim's Retail Division holds a stable of world class brands operating in buoyant markets with huge growth prospects. Some of our brands are Marks & Spencer, Toys R Us, and IKEA as well as Robinsons with a range of smaller brands selected for their appeal to the markets in which we operate. We currently operate our Retail outlets across the Middle East and in South East Asia.

We have enjoyed phenomenal success throughout the UAE, Egypt and GCC countries. We are in the final stages of outline planning for massive growth and need to prepare for the next phase of this program.

We are looking for a Project Manager - E Commerce to join our Retail team based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities of this role will involve:
* Conducts projects (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing) in any area of the retail eCommerce division (Most projects' target is to get an online store for a brand which is 360 degree eCommerce capable).
* Shares budget, schedule, milestone and cost / benefit decision-making responsibilities, but not accountability, with GM of Program Management.
* Work directly with client (Al Futtaim brands) to guide expectations - Key role will be participation in the planning and prioritization of build cycles at a client level.
* Work closely with the Sr. Business Analyst to provide client with written estimates and scopes on project work with timeline dependent milestones.
* Facilitates team information and work flow. Participates in developing and documenting project schedules, milestones and budgets for team.
* Gathers information and writes project plans. Coordinates and tracks project resources, staff, assets and schedules to ensure timely project outcomes.
* Call for projects meetings as necessary with stakeholders (Retail, EIT, Gamasco and 3rd party solution providers).
* Website Updates: Track all core brand websites bugs/fixes/enhancements updates and coordinate with development team to ensure timely resolution.
* Works closely with Qulaity Specialist - eCommerce to develop and implements project level processes, procedures and performance metrics that can be reused across the various brand implementations.
* During UAT phases of each project, run weekly ecommerce order reports and ensure all orders are getting updated with tracking information and status updates.
* Troubleshoot order issues and communicate updates with customer service and inside sales.

Requirements

* MSc. in Computer Science or MIS preferably with commerce focus.
* PMP certification required.
* Proven track record of Business Analysis and Projects Management.
* Must be able to quickly assess issues and react to changing circumstances and new information.
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a software life-cycle.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and mutli-tasking while paying close attention to detail.
* Has worked and coordinated directly with the Ecommerce business units.
* Hands on clients account management.
* Hands on Integrated Change Control.
* Hands on lean management.


Minimum Experience:

* 7+ years of relevant work in projects management and business analysis.
* Out of the above 2 + years with ERP and CRM systems.
* Out of the above 1+ years of external consulting experience, preferred.


Job-Specific Skills:
* Excellent English skills, Arabic is a major plus.
* Excellent presentation & time management skills with delivery skills.
* Must be able to communicate effectivelyto IT management as well as business area experts with skills such as empathetic and active listening, and clearly and patiently articulate solutions.
