Project Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading hospitality provider here in the Middle East, is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team in Dubai.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Procurement the Project Manager will manage operations from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Procurement activities from planning stage to implementing the operations.
- Assisting the Senior Manager in all terms of procurement activities.
- Develop budgets.
- Create project schedules.
- Implement systems and build relationships in an effort to reduce costs.
- Alternative sourcing and pricing
- Ensure all purchase orders are available.
- Review all necessary documentation
- Vendor/Supplier management
- Management reporting
- Procurement database management

Requirements

The successful candidate should posses the following skills and attributes:
- University graduate
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Hospitality Procurement
- Experience in e-Procurement or equivalent procurement systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Examples of cost savings achieved.
- Multi-project management
