Job description / Role
1. Manage project stages starting from tender request approval, estimation BOQ mobilizing project, execution, reporting to supervisor completion.
2. Control and maintain positive cash flow, by getting new project, follow up bill claim, ensure best offer price of purchase materials, clearing PDC without effecting cash cycle, ensure project material is equal to BOQ or less.
3. Reporting to management weekly and monthly report, showing the financial, sales operation (project / HR) Status.
4. Marketing and register Electro Plus MEP in government /consultant main contracting companies.
Requirements
1. At least 5 years related experience in UAE
2. Experienced in Engineering/Contracting Industries
3. Degree in Mechanical Engineer
4. Age 30-35yrs
5. Salary range 14,000AED
