Project Manager

Job description / Role

My client, an industry leader in the regions Leisure and Entertainment Industry is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. Offering some of the UAEs Premier Entertainment Venues, they are committed to taking on the right people as they grow their team.

The role of Project Manager is a comprehensive one which includes many responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Taking charge of small fast tracked projects
- Managing projects ranging from 3-6 months
- Strictly managing a wide range of project budgets
- Required to manage several projects at one time, at varying stages
- Managing from initial concept to design, sourcing of contractors, liaisons for procurement and project planning and delivery

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years working experience in Project Management field, preferably with experience of Leisure & Entertainment
- Suitable qualifications in Project Management
- Regional experience - Local market knowledge and trends
- Extremely well networked to assist with local approvals and authority
- Track record of delivery of similar projects, preferably within the region
- Relevant cost data and commercial experience
- Ability to mobilise quickly and manage the project effectively
