Project Manager

Job description / Role

My client, a high profile organization in Dubai are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. Joining the Senior Management team, the successful individual will shape and drive forward the ICT master plan.

The role of Project Manager is a comprehensive one which includes many responsibilities. The overarching objective will be to work closely with management to roll out the ICT master plan and on the liaison with the two other master plans. Other responsibilities will include;
- Creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensuring the efficiency and consistency of the different projects through the Project management office (PMO)
- Managing the administrative relationship with the Advisory board and external experts
- Preparing all project correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Updating the project management files and maintaining the scoreboard and KPIs

Requirements

The successful individual will have extensive project management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment. Expertise within IT and related areas would be highly beneficial.

Due to the urgency of the role they must be currently based in the UAE.
