Project Manager

Job description / Role

- Lead planning and implementation of projects you will be responsible for project programming, scheduling work plans and reviewing work schedule actions.
- Manage project budget and resources allocation: You will be responsible for the project to be completed in the stipulated time & within budget ( material cost and overheads )
- BOQ: you will be responsible to control the Bills of Quantities (BOQ) throughout the project for the pricing and quantities of the material.
- Dispute management: resolving a variety of disputes. Whether its between fellow construction workers or with subcontractors or the client, you have to keep your employees motivated too.
- Your are required to oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, and the most efficient resources are used and the different interest involve are satisfied.
- You are required to achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations for strategic plans and review of preparing and completing action plans ,implementing production ,productivity, quality and customer service standards: resolving problems identifying trends determining system improvements , implementing change.
- You are require to coordinate with finance department and management to meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing and annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Produce progress reports to feed the management on monthly basis about the site progress.

Requirements

- 5 years experience in Project manager , preferably in MEP Company In UAE or GCC
- Can fluently speak and write in English
- Willing to work long hours if and only required
- Degree holder in mechanical engineering
- Any nationality
- Knowledge office window, leading people, and to solving the problem.

Salary 14,000 AED
