Job description / Role
My client, a locally owned large business group, is looking for a Project Manager. This person will be accountable for building Food & Beverage outlets for their clients.The candidate will be in-charge of the entire project from A-Z. The job includes but not limited to:
Material management, quality survey, MEP knowledge, designs, property management, transactions & billings, liaisoning with contractors, suppliers, Dubai Municipality, Ocular Inspection, tendering & scheduling.
Requirements
Salary: Maximum 25k AED
Nationality: Open
Gender: Open
Experience: worked on at least 3 F&B outlet projects.
Education: Degree in Architecture a MUST
Location: In UAE
Skills: should be able to work under rigid time lines, strong personality to deal with suppliers & contractors
