The Role


International master developer has recently launched projects in Egypt and requires experienced staff to take up “client representative” roles in this growing team. Take advantage of the early stages of the office and opportunity presented to those who are early to join.

Requirements


You will have exposure to a range of buildings including residential, commercial, retail and institutional. It is not necessary to have high rise experience as the majority of the developments will be low to mid rise.

Areas of responsibility will include the pre and post tender stages of construction, keeping in line the agreed budgets and timeframes. You should have a minimum of eight to ten years experience in a similar role and must hold relevant qualifications in engineering /architecture. An NOC is not required, and remuneration packages will be set in place to counter the tax payable in this environment.
