Job description / Role
Our client is one of the largest and most revered construction contractors in India. They have several high profile projects across the country and are expanding continually internationally, using their wealth of experience in the industry and passion for superior quality to make an impact globally.
They presently have need for an experienced Project Manager to be based in Delhi, India to take responsibility for the construction of a new, high end residential project. Your duties will include managing the project development throughout its entire lifecycle, coordinating team members, overseeing quality control and identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles the project may face.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 15 years experience in the industry, and must be degree qualified (Civil Engineering). It is essential that you are entirely technically confident and have experience of major projects overseas – in the Middle East, and specifically of MEP works. Candidates must have experience of taking projects through to completion.
Prerequisites for the position include:
• Experience on major projects in the GCC/MENA region
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the construction industry – with an emphasis on management positions for main construction contractors.
• Experience with High Rise builds with 35+ stories
• Experience in MEP works
• Degree qualification essential
• High level of technical competence
