Job description / Role
Objectives:
Consultant Project Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Organizing the various professional people working on a project
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met and all works as per standard
- Checking all the contractor and subcontractor contract
- Leading the supervision team on site
- Chair the weekly meeting
- Coordination with operator,ID,Kitchen consultant and all other sub consultant.
Reporting to: Technical Manager
Subordinates: Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer-Architect-inspector
Desired start date: immediately
Requirements
- Civil Engineer or Architect
- Previous experience in hotel project(preferable)
- Previous experience in consultant office
- 10-15 Yrs of experience
- English and Arabic language is required
- Communication skills
- Ms Office,Autocad,Ms project or Primavera
- Management and leadership skills
- Transferable IQAMA
