The RoleThe RoleAccountable for: Planning and managing the implementation of an IT project to achieve the preset objectives, time frames, budgets and project management / quality standards. Report the project progress to the IT Relationship Manager and sponsor. Managing budgets exceeding USD 500,000 Ensuring that third party work is executed as per contract scope approach, and schedule and acceptance criteria. Managing the resolution of any technical obstacles facing the project. Key Roles: Setting the projects budget and obtain the necessary approvals and monitor cost spent against approved budgets. Identify and manage the dependencies in the project to optimize utilization of available resources and tools. Prepare the IT project management plan and documentation to ensure that the IT project complies with the SDLC processes and from deliverables and PM deliverable quality perspectives. Participate in the vendor evaluation process. Monitor and report to concerned authorities on the projects progress. Provide support and expertise with respect to the implementation of the IT project Proactively identify, resolve and escalate risks/issues to the IT RM and to the beneficiaries as and when appropriate. Advise on the project delivery risk mitigation approaches. Mentor and train team members to assist them in reaching their goals. Adhere and comply with all IT P&Ps, actively work towards closure of all related audit findings. Plans, organizes, administers, reviews and evaluates the work of subordinate professional, technical, support and operational deliverables. Vendor management. |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills Integration experience between Equation and other systems. Installation and configuration of different Equation modules to fulfill the different business lines need (Corporate, Retail, TR, etc). SLDC knowledge. Fluent in Arabic and English. Diversified IT technical background. Established project management & decision making skills with proven ability to oversee and manage staff. Proven leadership skills. Ability to deliver within allocated resources and deadlines. Good know how of the banks overall architecture and infrastructure. Excellent analytical and problem solving, conflict resolution, communication and inter-personal and negotiation skills. Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience with Equation core banking and its related modules. Education Graduate degree in Computer science / Computer engineering from a recognized university with professional certificate in project management. |
