The RoleThe Role- Managing a GIS project for a Municipality; the scope includes the planning and survey departments - Coordinating and communicating with the client - Leading a project team and managing the execution of work - Reporting regularly on progress and performance - Monitoring and controlling the budget - Identifying and managing the risks - Closing the project |
RequirementsRequirements- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related Field of which at least 5 years in Project management. - Degree in Urban Planning (Not necessary Architecture). - Extensive experience in Urban Planning and GIS - Very Good command of related Softwares - Proven Experience in people management - Good Planning, organizational and Time Management skills - Excellent attention to details - Excellent Problem solving skills - Strong Communication and negotiation skills - Very Good command of spoken and written English - Good Arabic speaking |
