Employment: Full Time

Our client are one of the leading project/design management consultancies in Qatar that over the past few years have delivered some of the most iconic projects in the region. Our client offer the full array of financial, design, project and cost management consultancy services to their clients. Engaged on projects as the client representative they have an enviable reputation due to their project portfolio.
We currently are seeking to recruit for them a Project Manager to be based from one their landmark schemes. The project is in the Al Khobar region off KSA.
You will be working with an established team of senior managers on large scale mixed use developments and be managing the activities of the project management consultancies and principal main contractor.
You will be reporting to the Project Director and ensure all the parties are working to deliver the site to time, budget and specification. Other key duties will include:
• Prepare Budget and Financial Reporting
• Maintain General Contract Documents
• Maintain Quality Assurance and Control
• Organize work & train staff organization on projects;
• Keep management informed on progress of project and budget
• Supervise and manage the team and construction personnel, coordinate with the rest of the team to insure that targets and deliverables are being met;
• Develop, maintain and implement project procedures in line with the company’s set forth policies and procedures;
• Keep management informed of the construction progress and opportunities and risk issues
• Manage and monitor the project’s operations and maintenance manuals in conjunction with QA/QC manager.

Requirements

To be considered for the role you must have/be:
Degree qualified
At least 10 years post graduation experience
Worked for a leading Real Estate Developer or Project Management Consultancy
Current or Previous GCC experience
Delivered large scale developments – Real Estate – Development – Construction
Currently working as a Project Manager - Construction Manager - Contracts Manager
Preference will be given to candidates that already are based in Saudi Arabia or have worked in KSA previously.
