Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to work for a Consultancy on a Big Build Project in Qatar

Job Role
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills through all correspondence, acting as point of contact ensuring clarity and efficiency during projects / bids, and ensuring to build strong relationships for client satisfaction and managing critical issues.
- Effectively confers across company divisions, regions, and territories to coordinate work and discuss and resolve matters relating to current project.
- Clarifying the lines of responsibility for all project stakeholders, including sub-consultants, to ensure efficient communication & coordination of work.
- Demonstrates ability in efficiency, and profitability, in process from inception through to completion of project(s).
- On projects performance and progress as well as on utilization of resources in order to highlight manpower charge-ability.

Requirements

- Must have a Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering
- Must have at least 12 years of relevant working experience with main consultant
- Must have experience on large builds such as hospitals , schools, malls or airports
- Demonstrated ability of completing multiple large scale project
- Demonstrated ability of managing a large size multi-disciplined team
- Must speak fluent English
- Must be Western National
- Must have middle east experience
