Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for talented, energetic and enthusiastic personnel to join our team Project Manager for our Audio Visual department.

The potential candidate should have a sound background in project management especially in low current, should have a basic background in AV products. In addition, understanding of sustainable design practices, strong problem solving skills, a passion for learning, high motivation, and an ability to collaborate and work within a team setting are essential.

Responsibilities
- Reports to the General manager of the company
- Review the awarded project document and identify the project needs
- Coordinate with the technical design coordinator the preparation of the technical design that will meet the end user requirements.
- Create the project submission with the coordination of the head of accounts, the technical design coordinator and reporting to the General Manager. project submission are not limited to product design, bill of quantity, suppliers communication, quotation, delivery and installation plan with key dates and milestone dates, AV products specifications, mobilization, implementation stages, company reference and profile.
- Conduct project presentation to the end-user to explain the submitted project details.
- Communicate with the product suppliers and prepare purchasing orders and material requirements to the general Manager for approval
- Create/monitor project team that will execute the project
- Overlook the entire project management and project installation from the start to end including subcontractors and suppliers and create solutions to resolve problems and evaluate progress
- Create progress reports and communication methods internally and externally in relation to the project in addition to quality control strategy
- Review all project documentations which includes, delivery notes, minutes of meetings, site meetings, action list, time line, maintenance and operation manual requirements, testing and commissioning procedures and inspections reports in addition to the as built drawings, completion and handing over the entire project to the end user.
- Review any subcontract/end user agreement and coordinate the formalization of the agreement with the legal department and General Manager.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 to 10 years Experience in Relevant Filed- Specially on Low current and Audio Visual Industry
- Bachelor Degree in electrical Engineering or similar qualification
- Excellent Communication Skills in English
- Sound Knowledge in Project Management
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Focused, well organized, detail - oriented.
