Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage, integrate and monitor the project(s) based on PMO methodologies.
- Integrate and coordinate the project complementary activities and release the project documents / templates using the PMO systems (methodology & tools).
- Lead the planning and implementation of the project.
- Ensure project scope goals and deliverables meet the project goals and PMO methodology requirements.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans and participate in project budgeting.
- Manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Follow up, document and support the provision of project's cadre and resources.
- Track project progress and deliverables.
- Check and review the project's deliverable(s) before the approval processing.
- Follow up project deliverable's quality assurance /approval by the authorized personnel.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Constantly monitor quality and report the progress of the project with defining project issues/risks and solutions with required escalation to all stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Manage effective communication within project framework and scope.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Prepare Project's evaluation and assessment of results including lessons learned and closing reports.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and provide support / necessary awareness.
- Perform the assigned coordination and add-hock responsibilities.
- Oversee implementation of quality plan; perform project management related quality checks.
- Conduct department and project(s) documentation control.
- Travel to remote offices, vendor locations or production faculties and implementation locations as required.
- Comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures.
- Cover project team member duties during his absence or leave as required.

Requirements

With Master degree:
- 3 - 8 years of work experience (2 years in project management experience as a minimum).
- Proffered to have PMIs Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMIs Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- Preferred to have 100 Hours of Project Management Training or Academic Courses.

With Bachelors degree:
- 4 - 8 years of work experience (3-4 years in project management experience as a minimum)
- Proffered to have PMIs Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMIs Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- Preferred to have 100 Hours of Project Management Training or Academic Courses.
