A leading Property Management company with operations throughout Africa are currently going through a period of rapid growth.

They are currently expanding their operations in Nigeria which has one of the fastest growing Property and Facilities markets in the world.

They are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team in Moscow, Russia.

The responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:

• Project planning and scheduling
• Developing relationships with existing clients and ensuring their expectations are met
• Financial planning and management of project budgets
• Ensure all projects comply to local and company health and safety policies
• Performance measurement, ensuring projects comply to set KPI’s

Requirements

The successful Project Manager will have the following background:

• Over 5 years’ experience in the facilities management/ project management market
• A Russian National who is either currently in Russia or looking to work in Russia
• Experience of financial management on a project
• Experience working on a client account in a facilities management environment is preferable
• Appropriate Facilities Management or Project Management qualifications
