The RoleThe RoleProject Manager - Very Urgently and Immediately Required This position is required for a leading and Top 5 Major Building Contractor for its construction project based in Riyadh,Saudi Arabia. Project: 1. A Large Mixed Use Development Project valued around USD 1 Billion. Responsibilities: 1. Manages execution phase budget for assigned project. 2. Manages the resource requirements for assigned projects. 3. Works closely with the Project Controls Manager to control and track construction budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of the assigned projects. |
RequirementsRequirementsMandatory Requirements: 1. Minimum of a Bachelors in Civil Engineering or an equivalent. 2. At least 15 years of Building Construction experience and Contracting work experience. 3. Minimum 5 years working experience in the Middle East region. 4. At least 2 years of Middle Eastern Project Management experience of a large building(Residential/Commercial/Mixed Use/Hotel/High Rise) project. 5. Should have been involved into a project in the Middle East from the Groundworks until the Hand over Stage. 6. Some one who is available immediately(MAX 2 Weeks) would be considered for this role.
