Project Manager

Our Client has is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultant with an experience of over a decade with head offices is in Al-Khobar, branches in Jeddah, Jubail and Bahrain. Our client is looking for a Project Manager to work in Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• With at least 15 years of experience in buildings, roads, waterworks etc.
• Ensure that all aspects of safety are monitored & non-conformances corrected.
• Preparing presentations and reports as needed.
• Ensure that quality & progress are efficiently monitored and kept track of throughout the period.
• Attends meetings as required
• Develop/implement project plans/methodologies for complex projects.
• Engage with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scale of authority.
• Direct, coordinate, and supervise activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Prepare project reports for management, client, or others.
• Develop and maintain client affairs to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Experiences & Qualifications:
• Must have a Civil Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
• International Experience (Middle-East) of buildings, waterworks etc.
• Excellent oral and written English language
• Qualified professional working under limited supervision capable of performing general technical works and manages projects or tasks of moderate complexity or less experience staff.
• Strong Communication (written and oral) skills
• Computer Proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint)
