Project Manager

Our client provides multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering consultancy services to leading private, industrial and commercial sectors across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Our client are looking for a Project Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

With at least 7 years of experience in buildings, construction projects etc.
Ensure that all aspects of safety are monitored & non-conformances corrected.
Preparing presentations and reports as needed.
Ensure that quality & progress are efficiently monitored and kept track of throughout the period.
Attends meetings as required
Develop/implement project plans/methodologies for complex projects.
Engage with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scale of authority.
Direct, coordinate, and supervise activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Prepare project reports for management, client, or others.
Develop and maintain client affairs to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Experiences & Qualifications:

Must have a Civil Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent oral and written English language
Strong Communication (written and oral) skills
Computer Proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint)
