Requirements
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a building project in Mekkah. The ideal candidate should:
Bachelor in Civil / Architectural Engineering, having a minimum of 16 years experience with contractors, must have worked as a Project Manager and handled prestigious / best quality and complex high rise building (residential / commercial, hotel or hospital) projects worth more than U.S. $ 150M each, where an International Consultancy Co. was involved. He would be familiar with the ISO 9000 requirements and preferably has experience in the Middle East. The right candidate would be a dynamic leader with strong personality, would speak fluent English and would have a hands on approach rather than a back office Engineer.
Nationality Arab Muslim
Age between 38 50 years
Salary SR 50-60k full package + medical + tickets
Candidate must have worked as PM with contractor for high-rise building project preferably hotel project.
