The RoleThe RoleProject Manager for Healthcare IT Projects Roles & responsibility · Liaison with Marketing, logistics, Development, Quality Control and other teams to formulate valid project plans to deliver & execute customer contracts ·Communicate project status in an efficient way ·Monitor team activities and track progress against plan ·Facilitate relevant interaction among all teams ·Manage priorities and issues where conflicts arise under supervision of the Program manager ·Plan the projects activities according the global plan ·Keeping close contact with the program managers & Distributors ·Coordinate Field Trials and exchange results with all relevant teams ·Follow the company's direction of best practices and process improvements throughout all areas of responsibility. ·Manage and control the documents produced by the team in an efficient way |
RequirementsRequirementsQualifications ·Engineering graduate either from IT or Bio-Medical faculty ·Experience in Healthcare industry specifically either in HIS / RIS or Radiology modalities ·A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in handling healthcare projects of different sizes. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing healthcare IT-related projects or projects in other highly regulated, enterprise-scale environments. ·Excellent communication & negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple vendors as well as a dynamic team of project members. ·Microsoft Project and any other Project Management tool. Document management experience ·Fairly good knowledge of Network topologies and IT hardware technologies including SAN, NAS, Jukeboxes etc. ·Good understanding of different database systems ·PMP is recommended. Languages: Spoken : English & (Arabic Preferred) Written : English & (Arabic Preferred) Soft skills: - Builds relationships - Team player - Good presentation skills - Organise Area of work: KSA |
