EXPECTED ROLE RESPONSIBILITY MAJOR ACTIVITIES 1. Project implementation • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties • Deliver projects with the required quantity 2. Contract Management • Direct and manage contract development from beginning to end • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle • Develop customer relationship and associated communications documents 3. Managing Resources • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel 4. Vendor Management • Insure excellent customer focus • Build Customer Relationship and maintain it • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to client and management. 5. Cost Control • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary • Delivery within set time and cost budget |
RequirementsRequirementsMUST HAVE TELECOM EXPERIENCE WITH TURNKEY PROJECTS. GSM EXPERIENCE ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE SYRIAN NATIONALS GOOD ENGLISH - VERBAL AND WRITTEN This is a permanent position with an international leading telecommunications company working on high profile projects. |
