The Role

My client is a global consulting firm with 17 offices around the world and nearly 600 diverse employees that include engineers, architects, planners, construction specialists and program managers, we offer one of the industry’s most comprehensive portfolios in building and infrastructure development, including airport, architecture, environmental, transportation and engineering solutions.

As a result of their continued growth in the Libyan market, they now require an experienced Project Manager to work on a number of their projects in Tripoli.

Requirements


Requirements

To be considered you must:

- BS.in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 10 years of experience in Construction Management.
- Experience with Vertical Construction, Seaports/Marinas and Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of project management strategies and techniques.
- Experience in executing similar projects.
- Experience in managing third party contractors and direct employees necessary for the project.
- Proven ability to develop and use planning and monitoring systems to organize and measure activities and performance. A thorough understanding of critical path schedules. Experience in evaluating and negotiating service and construction contract variance claims.
- Strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of the Arabic and English Languages

You must be either American or have been educated in America to be considered for this role.
