Project Manager

Job description / Role

Responsible for managing pre-projects and projects (Processing area or integrated) within Turkeyor outside Turkey. Work closely withcustomers, sales, engineering and business units to understand customer needs,provide functional engineering solutions, entailing technical specifications,value based quotations to customers, preparation and execution of detailedproject plans in the Dairy, Beverage, Cheese, Ice Cream & Prepared Foodindustries

Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Management with the full responsibility of scope, cost and schedule.
- Lead process and automation engineering in project implementation and as sales leader in pre-projects.
- Define, recommend, establish, communicate and implement the sales strategy.
- Manage customer expectations by understanding needs; provide solutions balancing value and cost.
- Define functional process solutions
- Lead your team prepares flow chart, layout, production time schedule, technical description, value calculations and quotations for plants based on functional solutions & machinery layout drawings.
- Organize and coordinate site activities
- Sourcing and contracting service providers Site Mangers, Installation etc.
- Practice Project Governance

Requirements

- B.Sc. in Engineering / Technical background
- English language proficiency.
- 5+ years proven ability in Project Management
- PMP Certification
- Excellent knowledge of Tetra Pak systems
- Expert in Microsoft project, AutoCAD and MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
