Project Manager with focus on Quantity Surveillance (m/f)

Job description / Role

In your position, you actively manage and control schedules, costs and building quality of prestigious projects. You also contribute to the successful implementation of construction projects. In addition to these classic project management activities, your key responsibility in Saudi Arabia lies in the surveillance of costs and quantity of high- rise buildings and hotels.

Requirements

Your many years of experience as Quantity Surveyor (m/f) in the Arabian region mean that you are already optimally acquainted with the local market, mentality and conditions.

You are either a Graduate Architect (m/f) or Civil Engineer (m/f) with at least ten years of professional experience in comparable positions and with focus on hotels and high rise buildings.

In your projects you always strive for the perfect solution, think both analytically and out-of-the-box and are willing to tackle any challenge. You structure your tasks efficiently, enjoy working autonomously and have a very good command of English.
