Job description / Role
A well reputed regional interior fit-out specialist is looking to recruit Project Managers & Coordinators for Interior Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of supervising and coordinating turnkey projects which include Joinery, Civil and MEP works. technical specification, estimation, cost analysis and B.O.Q.
• To ensure the quality of the work while reviewing the progress of work as per the contract terms / schedule.
• To make sure that the works are executing as per the drawings / BOQ / specifications
• Regular visit to the site is required to understand the site situation and meet the deadline.
• You will be answerable to the management related to programming, coordination & back-up documents.
• You will ensure that all projects will be completed successfully within the specified time frame allotted by the management and bar chart
• You will be fully responsible for all issues related to project execution until receiving the successful handing over certificate from the client.
• You will be coordinating with subcontractors as per the BOQ and bar chart.
• You will be responsible to coordinate with client to execute the projects as per the BOQ and you will keep official record of all correspondences separately for each project.
• The Project Coordinators / Supervisors working under you will directly report to you and all their duties will be assigned by you.
• You will coordinate with in-house teams / departmental heads and colleagues officially, whenever required, with respect to any matters under your purview.
Requirements
• Prior experience in interior fit-out and joinery estimation is a must.
• Preference will be given to Asian candidates who are currently in the GCC (ideally Qatar or the UAE) and who can join immediately.
• Min. 2-3 years commercial interiors/refurbishment experience.
• Degree/Diploma or any certificate course in Civil Engineering / Interior Designing / Architecture.
