Project Manager/Director - Large Stadium Project - Qatar

This excellent opportunity is for a Project Manager/Director to join a leading consultancy company operating internationally. My client are an organisation that delivers world class design and management services and are globally known for their quality and professionalism within this field.

Our client are looking for an experienced PM/DM to come on board and manage their large-scale football stadium project in Qatar, being design and constructed ready for the 20/22 World Cup. The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities and will be carrying out some of the below duties.

DUTIES:
- Involved in the design and supervision of the construction works
- Managing the entire project from start to finish
- Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the project
- Will be the focal point of contact for the clients, liaising with them regularly and delivering updates
- Managing the contractors

Requirements

The successful client will be expected to have 20+ years overall experience within construction with at least 5-10 years working as a Project Manager.

The other requirements for this role are:
- Previous experience of working on large-scale football stadiums - 55,000+ seats
- Previous stadiums worked on must be of Fifa Standards
- Degree qualified - BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering/Architecture or similar field
- GCC Experience would be desired, but is not essential
