Job description / Role
To provide effective and professional planning, recommending, managing and implementing maintenance programs ensuring that technical, cost and schedule performance objectives are systematically and consistently achieved and that resources are effectively utilized in meeting budget while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Diploma in CAMMS
* Diploma in BMS
* Diploma in Project Management
* 15 years of experience to include at least 8 years in Operation & Maintenance of large facility.
* Experience also to include operation of a planned preventive maintenance system and service day to day with a working knowledge of computers and good management control.
* Extensive knowledge of of international standards regulations and codes of practice related to construction and maintenance such as NEC, NFPA-HCF and JCAHO is required.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to deliver results.
* Excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
