Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide leadership in Preparation of project Execution Plans.
- Project Management/Compliance to JV Agreements.
- Provide leadership in Preparation of risk assessment plans
- Provide leadership to project managers and project teams.
- Prepare Budget plans.
- Prepare Management level presentations.
- Participate and represent the company in client meetings
- Prepare frequent management reports.
- Describe roles of project personnel and prepare job descriptions.
- Specify Logistic Needs.
- Prepare client and project required documentations such as maintenance plans, reports etc,
- Liaise with Quality and HSE departments during the implementation of projects
- Be well versed with multi discipline projects and management.
- To provide technical expertise in maintenance of waste water and pump station equipment.
- To provide technical expertise in Waste Water and pump station processes.
- Financial planning
- Good human resources skills

Requirements

- We need someone around minimum 40 years old.
- Experience in GCC ( As disclosed before)
- Experience as a Waste Water Treatment Plant Manager (Both For Operations and Maintenance).
- Must be excellent in English, specially writing.
- Must be able to prepare reports, Plan and follow executions.
- A degree in Mechanical, or chemical engineering for water treatment facilities.
- Must Know the processes for the waste Water treatment, all parameter set points and able to set up procedures to control the processes and meet the required set points, parameters.
- Must Know the waste water equipment and be able to set up maintenance plans, and/or supervise the planning of maintenance by engineers.
- Must be able to determine/extract required spares and their quantities from experience and equipment manuals.
- Must be familiar with CMMS.
- Must be able to prepare incident prevention reports and risk assessments.
- He has to able to participate and direct the above work for more than one Plant at a time, That is why they call it Frame Work Manager ( This means that the client can increase and decrease the plants within the scope specified in a frame work that they have set up.)
- All the above should be emphasized for Wastewater plants-Package Treatment Plants-Sewage Treatment Plants.
- It needs to be someone ideally with experience in PTP Operations (Package Treatment or Portable Treatment Plant) or Maintenance with some Project management experience.
- PTP is actually Package Treatment Plant or Portable Treatment Plant. You can arrange for CVs of PM/Project Engineer - Mechanical having experience in Sewage Treatment Plant.

Grade: Professional 1
Education Level: BSc, BEng, or equivalent (Mechanical)
Charter Status/Professional License: Preferred
Minimum Years of Experience: 10 Years.
Similar Experience: 5-7 Years
Regional Experience: GCC- 3-4 Years
Industry Type: Maintenance, infra structure, Oil&Gas, Waste Water Treatment
Language Skills: Fluent In English (Write, Read, Speak) Arabic Preferable
Reports To: Team leader Infra Structure
