The RoleThe RoleMy client are an International turnkey Interior Design & fitout company with over 200 employees between Dubai & Qatar. Due to their excellent reputation & 35 years+ industry experience they have won a number of Interior projects. You must have had retail Interior project experience to be considered for this position. Salary expectations between 20,000-22,000 SR dependent on experience. • Supervising and coordinating turnkey projects which include Joinery, Civil and MEP works. • To ensure the quality of the work while reviewing the progress of work as per the contract terms / schedule. • To make sure that the works are executing as per the drawings / BOQ / specifications • Your regular visit to the site is required to understand the site situation and meet the deadline. • You will be answerable to the management related to programming, coordination & back-up documents. • You will ensure that all projects will be completed successfully within the specified time frame allotted by the management and bar chart • You will be fully responsible for all issues related to project execution until receiving the successful handing over certificate from the client. • You will be coordinating with subcontractors as per the BOQ and bar chart. • You will be responsible to coordinate with client to execute the projects as per the BOQ and you will keep official record of all correspondences separately for each project. • The Project Coordinators / Supervisors working under you will directly report to you and all their duties will be assigned by you. • You will coordinate with in-house teams / departmental heads and colleagues officially, whenever required, with respect to any matters under your purview. |
RequirementsRequirements• Minimum 3 years experience in interior turnkey projects. • Diploma or any certificate course in civil engineering /interior designing/ architecture. |
