Job description / Role
Checking of Bill of Quantities and specification literature
Follow up on and obtain approvals on submittals (drawings, samples, etc.)
Attend site and progress meetings internally as well as with clients
Establish and maintain positive working relationship with clients
Deal with incoming enquiries in order to provide best value and timely services to clients
Solve project related problems and challenges
Assist Estimation in the preparation of quotations
Assist in obtaining project related regulatory permits
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Strong experience in MS Office
Minimum 5 years experience in Fitout QS/Estimation
Experience in cost and commercial management through the design, tender, and construction stages of multiple-discipline interior fit out projects is an advantage
