Balfour Beatty Limited is an internationally acknowledged multidisciplinary construction company with Parsons Brinckerhoff as their sister company.
Balfour Beatty currently operate a Joint Venture company in Indonesia and due to current and future projects they are looking to recruit Project Quantity Surveyor.
Requirements
Project Quantity Surveyor
Project:
45 storey office tower in central Jakarta, 5 basement levels, 39 month delivery schedule from Q4 2014. Construct only.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years in industry, 5 yrs in similar role of project QS/Cost Engineer lead. High rise RC structural experience preferred.
Role:
Leadership of project QS/Cost Engineering team to manage the project income and cost in accordance with company processes, liaise with the clients project team for all project commercial/quantity surveying matters. Manage the invoicing and payment, project change, cost control/forecasts/cash flow, subcontract management. Commercially manage the contractors nominated subcontractors.
