Project Recruiter

Job description / Role

We currently have a requirement for a Project Recruiter, based in UAE.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment service for assigned project.
- Hire staff at all levels and across all functions within the project. This includes new hires and transfers of existing employees.
- Interview candidates commercially and technically with the hiring managers.
- Follow recruitment policies and procedures.
- Liaise with Kentz functional heads to source suitable candidates for the project.
- Negotiate salaries for new hires and complete a cost analysis to ensure budgets and margins are met.
- Develop job descriptions with hiring managers.
- Manage hiring managers expectations and build relationships.
- Build talent pipelines of suitable candidates.
- Advise hiring managers on the recruitment strategy.
- carry out overseas recruitment campaigns to hire engineering staff where necessary.
- Utilise job portals and Linkedin to source candidates.
- Update requistion and candidate information on human resources management systems.
- Complete montly reports.
- Weekly progress meetings with management team.
- Work closely with HR to ensure selected hires have the correct documentation to begin visa process.

Requirements

- Degree qualified with at least 8 years recruitment experience
- Background in agency and/or inhouse role would be considered
- Ideally experience of recruiting within Oil & Gas industry
- Strong netotiation skills
- Mature and confident personality and capable of dealing with senior level management
- Methodical approach with an eye for detail
- Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
