Job description / Role

As a Project Sales Manager you will be leading and managing a sales operations of our Building Products division. You will be responsible for:
* Achieving and exceeding agreed budgeted sales and margin
* Managing the development of new and existing customer based within the appointed territories
* Penetrating the products to more areas and projects
* Visiting Consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors on-going projects to receive products specification and introduce our product lines
* Negotiating payment terms with clients and suppliers
* Managing, training, developing and supporting a team of Sales staff
* Coordinating with the commercial department on placements of orders with principals
* Keeping abreast of latest products & innovation in the industry
* Closing mega scale projects
Requirements
To be cosidered for this role you must have the following :
* Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or MBA
* 7 Plus years of experience as a Sales Manager of  building materials for projects ( preferably Sanitary ware/ Ceramic Tiles)
* Experienced in sales of Well known brands of Sanitary ware & ceramic tiles
* Experienced in preparing Quotation for large scale projects
* Must have a UAE driving license
