Job description / Role
Our client, a high end appliances manufacturer, is seeking a project sales person.
The successful candidate will hold 3 to 5 years relevant experience in the UAE with a major developer or a role in close contact with developers (architect / interior designer).
Key Requirements:
- Build and maintain a project tracking list for the UAE, through lead generation.
- Responsible to build a network with architects, designers and developers and cater to all requirements for projects driven by the above groups
- Increase project conversion rates through getting closer to the decision makers, highlighting unique selling points and ensuring at all times that the submittal meets the clients requirements.
- Responsible for project quotations, tenders & presentations, contract fulfillment and project handover and maintaining Project files with all relevant documentation.
- Participate in task teams aimed at product management, corporate events and any other initiatives that directly or indirectly benefit the project business segment.
- Assist management in specific tasks relevant for Project sales and market growth
Requirements
Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent
- Sales and Commercial knowledge with knowledge of product design
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in English (written, read, spoken) Arabic is a plus
Skills:
- Communication & Presentation - Ability to interact positively with people to convey clear ideas and present the products in an adequate manner
- Punctual - Meeting tight deadlines
- Product Knowledge - Ability to learn and understand all characteristics of the full range of products to offer to potential customers
- Pro-activeness - Eagerness to research and follow on leads that would generate sales
- Negotiation - Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences
