Duties and Responsibilities

Acts as the assistant to the Project Manager in meetings and discussions with the Engineering Design Consultant and the Environmental Consultant including the taking, preparation and issuing of meeting agendas and minutes.
Cooperates in the establishment of contract Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Quality Control Plan and other documents.
Assists in establishing the schedule requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria
Acts on requests, obtaining all concerned information/documentation from the other parties in the project team.
Work with other managers, project engineers and discipline Heads to develop budgets,schedules and plans for the various elements of a project.
Monitors and reports to the senior project manager on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones which would affect project schedule.
Performs other responsibilities and duties associated with this position, as may be appropriate and dictated by business requirements

Experience

At least 10 years experience, proven track record working with Primavera 6 on major construction projects or utilities. Provide scheduling advice and management to other project team members, ensure compliance with scheduling protocols.
