Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) is the real estate development and operations arm of Al-Futtaim group which is headquartered in Dubai. AFGRE is responsible for the origination, conception, development, procurement and construction of mega projects and the leasing, sales and operation of these projects after completion.

In addition, AFGRE develops and operates an extensive multi-million dollar portfolio of individual corporate real estate and investment assets across the MENA region.

The two current flagship mixed use urban communities under the Festival City brand are the award winning, Dubai Festival City (5.2 million square metres) and Cairo Festival City (3 million square metres).

Responsibilities include:
Planning

* Prepare and implement administrative processes and procedures to support the Residential Dept in achieving the overall Sales & Leasing strategy.
* Oversee the administration of the Al Areesh Club and recommend processes for efficient admin operations.
* Ensure the Admin Operations support services team provides business analysis of key statistics and benchmarks for the Sales, Leasing, Customer Services and Al Areesh Club teams to facilitate the efficient operations of the Residential Department.
* Ensure departmental policies and procedures are adhered to and support the department in achieving business objectives; ensuring work is carried out in conformance to company procedures.  Coordination with other departments to facilitate good working relationships.

Market Intelligence:

* Assist the teams in undertaking research of the market in terms of customer preference and competition benchmarking

Data Entry & Maintenance:

* REFX - Ensure all Lease contract information is accurately recorded in REFX system including new leases; amendments; terminations; etc.  Liaise with Finance and STS departments to ensure recorded information is accurate and correctly formatted in order to generate accurate reports from the SAP system.
* OQOOD & EJARI - Ensure all contracts are registered with the government systems and comply with current and future RERA requirements.
* CRM - ensure all customer enquiries are accurately uploaded in the CRM/SAP system and the Tenant/Purchaser database is updated at all times
* DSR - ensure all Sales Title deed registrations are accurately uploaded in the new DSR system (prior to releasing of Title Deed to the purchaser)

Analysis & Reporting:

* Ensure accurate Management reports are produced on the current status of the business, Sales & Leasing stock and vacancies, Lease expiry and any other reports required by Management on a weekly/ monthly/ annual basis.
* Prepare Motivational Memos, Financial reports and presentation for GM, as required by Management.
* Assist GM in preparing annual budget and quarterly forecasts

Requirements

* Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Degree holder or suitable experience gained in a similar role
* Ejari and DSR certified

* Minimum Experience:
* 5-6 years as an Admin professional with sound knowledge of Real Estate admin practices

* Job-Specific Skills:
* Sound knowledge of Residential market and administrative practices in local market
* Sound knowledge of databases, financial systems and Excel
* Strong organizational skills
