Job description / Role
- Representing the company with excellent customer service.
- Finding premium solutions for complex customer needs.
- Preparing technical specifications of Projects in design stage for all company products.
- Providing hands-on technical assistance during execution of assigned Projects.
- Contributing to continuous learning within the PMT Team through assistance in product trainings for new recruits.
- Assisting Product Managers for technical presentations.
- Providing technical consultative service to Sales team members on specified projects.
- Managing and update centralised PMT server.
Requirements
- Increased no. of Architects/ Builders/ Investors using company specifications and testimonials/No. of successful order conversions from project specification opportunities/No. of new enquiries and new clients.
- Reduction in no. of reworks.
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Engineering.
- Certificate in AutoCAD/ Pro-E.
- Preferred - Certificate in ANSI/ GAI (or)
- Knowledge of ANSI/ ISO/ DIN/ EN standards
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office.
- Result-orientated and team worker.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
