Job description / Role
• Responsible for complete installation and handing over activities as per the budgeted targets
• Preparation of installation plans
• Maintain constant interaction with front line personnel
• Monitor the progress of work on day to day basis
• Responsible for zero defect installation
• Responsible for the safety of staff and quality of work
• Responsible for increasing the productivity/efficiency of staff
• Responsible for checking and verifying time sheets and controlling staff
• Responsible for safe custody of materials and equipments
• Regular site visit to assess the progress of each work against the set deadline
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (ITI)
- Total 10+ years experience out of which 5+ years in supervisory level
- Should have complete knowledge of lift installation upto commissioning stage (Elevators and Escalators)
- Should be good people management
- Should be organised, committed and who can work as per defined deadlines
- Fluent in English communication
- Excellent knowledge of field operation
- Should have worked with any contracting companies in similar role
