Job description / Role
Oversee the project from beginning to end
Determine the objectives and plans of a project
Decide on performance requirements
Manage the construction budget
Ensure that construction is progressing according to schedule
Communicate with the contractors in charge of the different phases of the project
Coordinate with all the groups involved in the project
Monitor regularly the development of the construction activities
Maintain strict compliance to budgetary limits, quality work and safety rules
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
University educated with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, you will have at least 10+ years solid construction experience.
You must have a mix of contractor and consultancy experience in the Gulf
Technical Knowledge: MS Project, Primavera, MS Office
Knowledge and skill requirement:
Must possess excellent communication skill
Problem solving ability and effective time-management skill
Ability to plan and coordinate a team effort
Familiar with different aspects of construction and the local workplace safety rules and guidelines
Able to work competently under extreme pressure.
