Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Project/Delivery Manager is required by our client a Global IT/Telco Solutions provider. The candidate will be responsible to manage implementation of solutions by planning and directing all aspects of projects including information gathering, project timeliness & milestones, budgets, risk management, external department collaboration, reporting, presentations, training on new processes, etc.

Role:

Acting as the customer champion/advocate with the business, continually seeking new ways of working within an ITIL environment and improving the delivery of projects and solutions.
Work with pre-sales, sales and bid teams in supporting new customer opportunities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to perform documentations such as quotation and feasibility studies while ensuring accuracy.
Review all hardware orders and engineering plans for accuracy.
Ensure proper equipment inventory levels during project implementation.
Authorize and manage all 3rd party and sub-contracting interfaces.
Obtain customer acceptance for all site installations.
Producing reports, presentations and other documentation for departmental projects for the purpose of reporting status to Stakeholders.
Ensure project profitability while maintaining excellent customer relationship and satisfaction.
Protect and uphold company ethics and values.

Requirements

Skill Set:

Computer Science Graduate.
3 7+ years experience.
PMP, ITIL, Prince2 certified.
Previous experience delivering solutions within SIGTRAN protocols.
Knowledge of HP, SUN, X86 hardware/software solutions.
VAS solutions and knowledge of GSM, Roaming, Core network, SMS-C, 3GPP/ETSI Std, SIM and Over the air platforms.
Familiar with tools such as MKS SI/SVN, MKS IM, Numara, MS Project etc.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of Arabic or French is an advantage.
