Job description / Role
1. Support the Strategic team in the management of preparing reports, and key communications as required
2. Develop and lead the process for the aggregation of data at programme level
3. Develop and lead reporting consistency across programme
4. Lead the management of producing performance data to support successful delivery
5. Lead the management of project and programme baseline integrity, through robust change management
6. Lead the execution of the programme controls , delivering outcomes in line with expectations of programme deliverables, KPIs and operating targets.
7. Lead the review of the Programme Controls team plans and performance in order to ensure alignment with overall programme plan and ensure programme delivery remains on target
8. Implement and manage meeting and reporting schedules at a strategic / programme level.
9. Responsibility of implemented document management process.
10. Arrange archiving of documentation as required.
11. Ensuring implementation of Quality Assurance standard and H&S processes across the programme.
12. Overseeing the management of risk across project and the maintenance of developed risk register incorporating escalation processes.
13. Maintaining key event schedules at a programme level.
14. Provide Management and Oversight of Programme ControlTeam
Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
1. More than 15 years experience, with at least 10 years of similar experience.
2. Experience in programme management.
3. Experience of electronic document control systems
4. Experience in operating KPI systems
5. Ability to develop new processes in response to changes in policy and contractual requirements.
6. Regional experience preferred
Qualifications:
- BSc, BEng,or equivalent. Chartered Status/Professional License required.
- Professional Project Management Certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE 2) desirable
