Job description / Role
My client has just been awarded 2 Sizeable Interior Fit Out Contracts in central Riyadh. They are looking to appoint a Project Manager that is capable of managing all aspects of the contracts reporting into the Operations Manager in the Dubai HQ.
This role has great potential with Country Manager on the horizon for a driven and ambitious character that can produce the goods for this reputable fit out contractor.
You will have full operational control for the projects . You will have a good knowledge of suppliers, clients and contractual rules and regulations in Riyadh from local authorities.
Requirements
You will need to have a minimum of 5-10 Years experience within the KSA market of Interior Fit Out and have a career spanning over 20 Years delivering high end projects on Government Buildings , Hotels , Palaces & Commercial.
You must be fluent in Arabic and also have a relevant degree. Ideally aged over 40 Years of Age.
You will have strong management skills and client interfacing skills.
