Title: Projects Regional Marketing Manager
Salary: 20000-25000 AED plus Benefits
As leaders in security solutions within the UAE, my client offers the world’s largest choice of locking products covering most applications and environments. They offer a diverse range as well as designing and building systems to fit their customers’ needs.
My client is looking for a Projects Regional Marketing Manager to drive sales and develop a marketing plan to help win projects through the projects specification team in the Middle East.
• Identify Business targets, define priorities and design the strategic approach to ensure the product portfolio is specified in the identified projects
• Develop and implement a measurable and targeted Strategic Sales & Marketing Business plan for area of responsibility.
• Presentation & Marketing of new products to Key accounts.
• Identify and develop new sales and services opportunities as well as increasing sales revenue.
• Market Intelligence, defining and recommending market opportunities by product line, market segment and geographical area.
• Organize functions and events for Architects, Consulting Engineers, Contractors & Developers to promote my clients Solutions.
• Identify product solution requirements and develop packages to fit market requirements.
• Develop and updated database on all key-contacts in the projects operations in Middle East.
• Track projects following the specification process.
• Network with key decision makers in the projects business.
• Achieve the Middle East sales targets in co-ordination with the sales force and local partners.
• Create a sustainable key account management process and procedure in the Projects Operation
•The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in security solutions sector (Door hardware & Locks preferred) of which should be in a managerial position
•You will be a driven individual who is passionate about marketing
•A strong leader and someone who can work as part of a global team.
•In depth knowledge and understanding of local target markets relevant to the industry
•Professional hands-on experience in project business, e.g. specifications and tendering as well as executing on the wide scale of campaign marketing mix elements focused on lead generation - particularly physical event management.
•Extensive knowledge of regional marketing planning and budgeting.
•Very good marketing project management skills to allow for timely planning, executing & reporting on multiple marketing projects at the same time.
•Fluent in English, additional languages desirable
•Clear, concise communication skills, both written &
•Strives for world class performance. Team player used to work in a multinational, remotely managed team within an international company.
•Outgoing, persuasive, success-oriented personality.
