Projects Supervisor

Job description / Role

Fit Out Management
- Coordination of the design from the brand principal and Al Ghurair Retail;
- Coordination of the BOQ with the Contractor;
- Coordination of all material orders for fit out projects;
- Procurement & Fit Out Contractor negotiation and evaluation to ensure effective cost savings for AGRetail

Fit Out Contracting
- Ensure design guidelines from Principial and Mall Management;
- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations;
- Responsible for the execution of all phases of project in order to meet opening dates;
- Coordinate all maintenance requirements from stores;
- Ensure Health & Safety renewals and requirements from all stores are strictly complied with;

Requirements

- Engineer or Architect Degree
- At least 5 years experience in similar role
- Previous GCC experience is necessary for this role
