Requirements

As a Project & Maintenance Manager within the Security Systems & Low Voltage division,you will have to monitor and manage staff together with the operational delivery of SSLV projects and maintenance services including but not exclusively CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling services and projects across the region from start to finish.

You will be responsiblefor 4 key elements: Financial Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Leadership and Risk Management. Robust management of quality standards, budgeted cost and delivery schedules to meet committed client requirements are equally important.

You will be responsible for project and service delivery planning, technical / material approvals, project tracking & monitoring, detailed documentation, resource management, team motivation and team work, engagement with the local authorities and Government bodies DPS, MOI etc. Identify & access all the risks including cost & timing after award of the projects and services. Conduct value engineering studies and exercises to ensure cost savings to SSLV and provide value added benefits to the client. Oversee the verification and confirmation of BOQ, prelims & other expenses in advance to avoid unwarranted / unaccounted costs. In conjunction with the Divisional Manager actively manage the OPEX for delivery so as to optimize performance and net margin. Reduce internal manpower costs by managing resources appropriately. Submit weekly reports on all operations and projects to the management clearly showing escalations where required along with project based cost savings. Delivery schedule to be provided to the commercial team at the beginning of each project.Maintain a strong network of contacts in the ICT industry to ensure that the 'best fit' can be identified to handle Projects.To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have a Bachelor's Degree specialized in Electronics / Telecom / IT. Certification in Project Management, CCTV, ACS, Intrusion Detection (ELV Systems) is an asset. You should have a minimum 10+ years of experience of which at least 3 yearsin a management role wherein you have independently managed complete projects.

Along with previous experience you must have excellent practical knowledge of all CCTV, ACS, Intrusion Detection solutions, HSE/PPE requirements for any type of construction site or industrial projects, excellent knowledge of the construction industry and their processes/procedures including HSE/PPE requirements. You need to have excellent techno-commercial skills with hands-on technical experience as well have excellent commercial knowledge and must fully understand and follow our industry's best practices for management & HSE.

To be a successful Project & Maintenance Manager you must be updated on the various changes in physical security solutions (like CCTV, ACS, PIDS, Intrusion Detection, etc) and all related integrations that are available with the company and partners or offered by the competitors. Have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, time management & project management skills. Also have good Leadership & teamwork skills with ability to learn new technologies.
