Job description / Role
- This role is a temporary position for 3-6 months and requires a candidate who is on their family's sponsorship who is available immediately
- Western profiles are this clients preference however strong English skills are an absolute must
- This role is to assist in the renovation of a high net worth's property based near Media City
- The candidate will be required to co-ordinate between contractors, designers, architects and engineers
- The candidate will be required to keep all of the documents in an organised manner and devise a suitable and coherent filing system
- The candidate will be required to be able to turn their hand to any task at hand within the renovation - whether it be sourcing an antique product or making tea for contractors
- Someone who has no airs and graces and is down to earth
- This role will require someone who can be flexible in terms of their time and also their job role
Salary 15-22,000 depending on experience
Requirements
- Must have extremely strong organisational skills
- Must have incredibly high attention to detail
- Ability to be assertive yet diplomatic
- Must be AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
- MUST be on FAMILY SPONSORSHIP
- Ideally will be degree educated
