Property Administrator

Job description / Role

JK Properties are currently recruiting for a Property Administrator.

The Property Administrator will be responsible for the following areas

-Maintaining the property database
-Uploading properties to website portals
-Dealing with client enquiries
-Providing excellent customer service to potential clients
-Creating reports on a daily basis
-Any other administrative tasks as and when necessary

Requirements

-Real Estate administration experience
-Knowledge of 'Universal' property software or similar
-Knowledge of real estate market in Dubai
-Good attitude
-Excellent verbal and written English
-Good education
-Professional approach
-Excellent computer skills
