Job description / Role
- Make contracts with large and reputed developers
- Maintain up-to-date developer inventories
- Source high value properties for sale or lease
- Find, negotiate and close large value deals, participate in promotional activities,
- Initiate market research
- Follow up on outstanding receivables / payments from developers etc
Requirements
- 5-8 years property business development experience in Dubai
- Good understanding UAE property market
- Good negotiator, customer care, sourcing, networking, business analysis, market research, relationship with owners, landlords, developers etc
